shangai conference Zapachy w środowisku naturalnym są dużym problemem dla tych mieszkańców, którzy rezydują w sąsiedztwie źródeł zapachowych. Drugie Warsztaty Chińsko-Austriackie na temat Zapachów w Środowisku Naturalnym, odbędzie się w dniach: 20 i 21 września 2016 roku na Uniwersytecie Tongji w Szanghaju, Chiny. Termin składania projektów upływa z dniem 31 maja 2016 r.

  The workshop will include the characterization of the odour source by emission factors and emission models, the use of dispersion models to describe the transport and dilution in the atmosphere, the assessment of the relevant stimuli concentration and the odour impact criteria. This event is organized under the auspices of the Eurasia-Pacific Uninet  

   The workshop will be hosted by Prof Dr. Pinjing He and Prof. Dr. Lü Fan,  from the Institute of Waste Treatment & Reclamation, College of Environmental Science and Engineering, Tongji University.

   The event will deal with odour management from all kind of industries such as rendering plants, refineries. municipal plants, waste water treatment plants, solid waste landfills and animal husbandry. The goal of the workshop is the exchange of ideas and to achieve a better understanding of the specific aspects relevant to odour problems.

The schedule for this very interesting conference is the following:

  • Registration & Submitting an Abstract (1 to 2 pages): May 31, 2016
  • Sending an Extended Abstract (6 to 8 pages): July 15, 2016
  • Notification about the Acceptance for Oral or Poster Presentation: August 12, 2016
  • Scheduled Programme: August, 2016
